Intake: cheddar jalapena brat 330, bun 220 Total Calories: 550 Activity:  worked late and visited Sam, lots of stairs Journal:  was 294.5 this morning after yesterdays fast, so when Sam offered a brat to me I took it sbout 430 to break fast.  May fast on Saturday to end my 8 week cycle and month.

Intake: large burrito wrap 1800, fruit mix 200 , cofee and cream 100, belvita 460 Total Calories: 2560 Activity: 45 minute bike Journal:  judge mock trial all day ate big provided breakfast and save 2 bags of belvita for lunch, stayed in time but higher than goal calories

Intake:paprika potatoes 250 Total Calories: 250 Activity: 45 min bike Journal: getting multiple people daily ask about my weight loss, and complimented about my clothes.  I know in maintenance the compliments stop so trying to enjoy now but not get too use to them.

Intake: eggs and oil 400, potato 175 Total Calories: 575 Activity:  shoveled ice and snow Journal:  the great melt had begun.  Scales went up 3.2 lbs after i ate taco bell Sam got me.

Intake: cranchwrap combo 1200, 2 potatoes with olive oil 300, broth 70, eggs 400 Total Calories: 1970 Activity: took Sam on earons, shoved some ice Journal:  Sam got me a dinner from Taco Bell and I ate it, was 301 this morning, expect 303 in morning.  Snow has started to melt and Tuesday will be much warmer.

Intake: bone broth 70, tea 10 Total Calories:80 Activity:  put out salt, none left Journal:  basically fasted today.  Superbowl but i am not watching or even half time shows.

Intake:  carbs and coffee at colonial event 1680, apple 80, yogart 120, tea 20 Total Calories: 2000 Activity:  went out and about in level 2 snow Journal: so sick of snow, i went carb crazy today

Intake: tea 20, bone broth tumeric ginger 40 (half container) Total Calories: 60 Activity: breathing exercise Journal:  hoping to take Sam out for his birthday Friday, but a couple more inches of snow on way.  After 2 fast days hope to be at new low weight, under 305.
