Intake: sweet cranberry biscuits 1090, poached eggs 235 Total Calories: 1,325 Activity: cleaned/chores at Jeffs 30 minutes Journal: Nancy dumped me this afternoon.  Engagement Ring returned. Trying to think of it as new opportunity, but stuggling with worthiness too.

Intake: 440; reeses 210, diet Dr Pepper 10, small group dinner plate 1400 Total Calories: 2020  Activities: cleanned at Jeffs Journal:  went upstairs at Jeffs Sunday and it was bad in the bathroom.  With Parkinsons worse he just can not clean, he cant even drive now so I helped him this afternoon with two food stops and stuff at his office.   Very worried about whats next for him.

Intake: cheese 480, butter 200, eggs 625, coffe with sugar 170 Total Calories: 1,375 Activity: Journal: scales were 363.9, 4 lbs over 8 week goal.  Next 10 weeks want to loss 22.5 lbs plus 3.9 I fell short of lossing last 8 weeks.  That means lossing 0.75% of my total body weight weekly. This will be lower than 1% I have been doing, but with it being holiday season I think is reasonable but still aggressive.

Intake: Broth 30, potatoe with butter 220, wedding plate with lemonade punch and half cupcake 1700 Total Calories: 1,950 Journal:  I went to wedding and did not have to worry about breaking my chair, last family wedding I worried at 500 lbs.  Was able to enjoy the celebration and the couple

Intake: lemon water and salt 30 Total Calories: 30 Activity: 2 walks each 20 minutes Journal: day 2 of fast went ok.  Will break fast Saturday at 2pm with some boiled potatoes with broth.  Should be around 362 in morning, just shy of goal of being under 360.

Intake:  fasting day lemon water & salt 30 Total Caloroes: 30 Activity: 80 minute walk Journal:  did 5k walk and fell early on, but think will be ok but bruised, day 1 of fast done, will break the fast Saturday at 2pm with boiled potato with sour cream and butter

Intake: potato soup and crackers 1200, chicken onion salad with sour cream 800 Total Calories: 2,000 Activity: volunteered at legal clinic, walked 65 minutes Journal:  plan to finish onion chicken Wednesday and Fast starting about 2 until 2 on Saturday, hope to get within 5 lbs of goal

Intake: church potato bar 1000, browine 500, pumpkin pie 300, mt dew 240 Total Calories: 2,030 Activity: church small group Journal: I have a bar meeting and working legal clinic Tuesday so pretty busy and its cold and dark earlier this last week of walking plan. Going to Fast Thurs and Friday with Insta friend.

Intake: soup 560, seasame seed 120, pepsi 220, eggs 500, cheese 330, chilki sauce 400 Total Calories: 2,110 Activity: rest day Journal: got a rash mostly on arm, not sure how, rained all day so after church just stayes in with my kitty.  Ate too much, my Fast did not reduce me much but did go down 1.2 lbs for week.  But for last two weeks still up.

Feast Day in Celebration of 1 yr ago asking Nancy to marry me. No calories tracked. Did some yardwok. Next 11 days I am going hardcore with eating.

Intake: soup 800, rolls 240, cheese 240,  lemon water 20,  2 coffe with sweet n low 40 Total calories: 1,340 Activity: yardwork Journal: gained 2.5 lbs this week.  Pop, canned soup and not all day fasting did me in.  Monday taking Nancy to Red Lobster to celebrate 1 year of engagement.

Intake: peanut butter 400, apple 50 Total Calories: 450 Activity: morning walk 1 hour Journal:  was thinking of fasting but Nancy wanted to split an apple with PB and I caved.  I dont tell her when I fast all day because she doesnt like it.  She showed me an old picture from whe we volunteered at the local soup kitchen.  Was over 500 lbs here. Needed this since likely first week I will not lose weight in 22 weeks.

Intake: 2 soup 1,200, rolls 400, cheese 720, cilantro 20, flavored drinks 20, pepsi 240 Total Calories:2,600 Activity: helped Jeff Journal:  eating too many calories, miss read labels.  Need to limit pop to and elimate rolls.  May need to fast Saturday just to not gain this week.

Intake: 2 Arby Roast Beef 720, cherry Pepsi 220, Arby Sauce 160, lemon water 30, 1 reeses cup 105, cashews and pumkin seeds 250, herb tea 0 Total Calories: 1, 485 Activity: help Jeff, visit Nancy Journal:  spent morning helping Jeff.  He can not drive when Parkinsons acts up.  He has always been a difficult and negative person but is good at same time, complicated man.  But its allot for me and he makes it hard to help. Pray about it.

Intake: 2 speedway breakfast pizzas 1,040, big gulp diet dew with rasberry flavoring 100, lemon water 30, cherry coke 260 Total Calories: 1,430 Activity:  55 minute walk Journal:  broke fast when friend I have not seen a while called saying he was in town and invited me over for breakfast pizza.  I had two slices.  Then I went and got Jeff since unable to drive since Parkinsons issues and he bought me big gulp. So all my calories today were gift or in trade. Was 369.8 this morning.  Hoping to maintain it for Sunday weigh-in, target is 370.1

Intake: lemon water 30 Total Calories: 30 Activity: 55 minute walk Summitt and Cole Journal:  371.9 this morning.  Doing 2nd day of fast and expecting to weigh in 360s Friday.  Saturday is Octoberfest in town and if Nancy will come I will go to get a pepperoni roll from The Taylored Cookie & Bakery.  Its a WV classic so usually have to drive an hour to get one.
