Day 21

Intake: Thai Chicken and Rice Noodle wraps with chilli sauce, carrots, peanuts, basil 1200 (est.), grape flavored water 10, chia tea 5, chocolate pudding 70, popcorn buttered Act II 450 Total Calories: 1,735 (est) Activity: date day at Nancy's Journal:  regret popcorn today did not dream it had 450 calories, can not make Nancy change her brand so skip in future.  I have no clue about calories on the lunch but I had more than whats on plate picture. 

Day 20

Intake: Chocolate Milk 1% 255, Lobster Ravioli 530, 1 tbsp butter 100, tomato sauce 90, parmasen 40, 1 zero mt dew 5, 4 cough drops 40, blackberries 75, swiss cheese 220 Total Calories: 1,355 Activity: nothing really Journal: Expecting to be down 5 more pounds on Sunday.  Before last Thanksgiving I was 436.7, so close to being able to say I am down to lowest weight in over 6 months. Actually was up 1/2 lb today but I blame that frozen burger meat, giving to friend this weekend who has a 32 year old son living in camper outside his place to take both plus some juice that I got that was sugar water.

Day 19

Intake: 2 large burger patties 900, guyree cheese × 2 440, chives 5, udon noodle 200, flavored water 10, fresh basil 10, 4 cough dropa Total Calories: 1,60 0 Activity: cleaning 2 hours Journal: that plate of food was so heavy, used frozen burger infused with bacon and cheese, more fat calories then protein.  I felt ucky after eating it. Next time 1 burger [have 6 left plus 12 smaller ones].
