Intake: leftover from breakfast from dinner. Cheese potatoe and ham 500, sauage in bread 500, sausage 500, potato scraps 50 Total Calories: 1,550 Activity: 1 hr walk in Greenlawn Journal:  eating more food made me feel lots better, but scales up

Intake: bacon 220, 1 potato 2 onions in bacon greasr 300, eggs 400, creamer and coffee 400 Total calories: 1,320 Activity:  some yard work, rest day on walking, visit Jeff Journal: 20 weeks 462 to 374 lbs.  So proud of myself.  Need to up calories a bit.  I am on target to be 360 in 4 weeks which is goal for this 8 weeks.

Intake:  feast day for sept since breakfast for dinner at small group.  I took potatotes. Had this dish with an onion earlier and then plate full of breakfast goodies, one big plate only with 2 juices. Calories:  lots, dont track feast day Activity:  rest again, small group Journal:  i love breakfast,  body feels better after 2 days rest

Intake: Noddles 190, eggs 400, onion 110 Total Calories: 700 Activity:  walked 80 minutes in sun Journal:  I did not have calories enough to keep energy up and got dizzy in sun.  Got to safe spot.  Drank all water I had and called a friend to drive me home.  Learned to not overdo it.  Especially 3 days in row and to maybe eat something on long walk like energy bar.  Also eat more calories total.

Intake: Bacon 220, eggs 800 Total Calories: 1,020 Activity: 80 minute walk Journal: I hate that I habe 100 minutes of walk still do on last day.  My BMs are still slushy, thinking my water went bad.  Drinking bottles I had in basement for awhile.  I also need to mow after all that rain, so will not have time to walk on Sunday.  Monday night is small group without Nancy who is visiting her son near Boston.

Intake: coconut oil 235, onion 60, vinegar 65 coleslaw 75, diet dew 20 Total Calories: 460 Activity: 40 min walk at millbrook park, 20 min at Greenlawn Journal:  Rained again but got some sun to walk an hour. I not 100% yet and did not eat after 1st meal since I had bathroom issues again after drinking a big gulp.  Jeff was ill but needed to be in court this morning so I picked him up and he breakfast at Speedway and got me Diet Dew.  Took him home at noon and did my walk at Millpark since on way.  But only 40 min so did 2nd walk for 20 at Greenlawn.  Still have 3 hrs to walk next 2 days.

Intake: coleslaw 75, eggs 600 , mints 45 Total Calories: 725 Activity:  felt worse today. Aches fever and diareha. Journal: Nancy leaves for trip to see her son Thursday and wont be back until next week.

Intake: greek yogurt 220, cilanto 20, lemon juice and seasoning 20, wonton 540, game night plate pulled chicken and pork with bbq sauce, mac and cheese, 1 pb fudge, 1 pb pie, grape dessert salad Total Calories: 800 + 2300, 3100??? Activity:  game night, rain again but more Journal:  getting colder which is good but with rain lower back is hurting along with knees.  Tornado in county, did not hit town but my porch was a mess when i got home.

Intake: Fast Day so medicines including sleep gummies, water with some pink himalayian salt Total Calories: 25? Activity: resting my knee got pretty sore from long walk yesterday Journal:  rain finally started we've been in daught conditions since July.  Going to Jeffs to visit in a bit.

Intake:  mocha coffeee with splenda 200, 1 mini pumpkin donut 100, curry chicken with 2 cups rice with onions and celery 1700 Total Calories: 2,000 Activity:  festival with friends and 1 hr 55 min walk Journal:  I am Mr No now.  Bobbie can we go 2 hour out of way and leave at 6am instead of 830 to  look at marketplace old barbies Me no (I had power since I drove) we stop at Goodwill at tiny one with nothing in it, she shops over an hour.  Larry lets have lunch in Circleville, but we dont go near that town and dont want to waste gas.  He stays in my car as Bobbie shops with AC on and gas all gone when home.  Larry and Bobbie lets eat at Golden Coral 30 buck buffet.  I say No Sunday is weigh in day I am not earing that.  We end up at all you can eat Chinese Buffet and I get $6 item off menu with water.  Larry pays for mine to make up for $50 I spent on gas.  Nancy says I was going to give you some gas money but since ...

Intake: wonton 540, chilli sauce 160, butter 350, cheesr 220, potato 170, flavored water 10 Total Calories: 1,450 Activity: rest day Journal: been near and at 90 this week and knee sore and foot has blister so no walk again today.

Intake: 8 deli wings 1,600, grilled chicken sandwich and fried chips 1000, peppermint 60 Total Calories: 2,660 (over 660) Activity: 2 walks: 1 30 minutes. 1 35 minutes with hill Journal:  breakfast was left over wings from game night and lunch was a Bar Association meeting lunch provided Walked at work and got sore on back of heel since not in best shoes to walk.  Then in evening from home to around Greenlawn and home up the hill.  I got veggies I need to use Tuesday before go bad.

Intake: eggs 215, butter 200, baked potato 165, blueberries 85, greek yogurt 220, flavored water 20 Total calories: 905 Activity: 1 hour walk at Allen Eckart Trail at Earl Thomas Park Journal:  with last weeks travel and eating out my weight loss was slow even walking 4 hours plus vacation day at zoo. To catch up to my weekly goal i need to losr 10.5 lbs this week, may take a few weeks to catch up.

Intake: 4 large eggs 360,onion 45, potato 170,    fried cabbage 250, wings 400, flqvored water 20 Total Calories: 1,245 Activity: 70 minute walk by river, visit Nancy Journal: ate big breakfast before walk and was planning small meal and then visit Nancy.  She asked me over  for lunch so ate more than expected.  Scales worry me in morning.

Intake: breakfast bar at hotel, scrabbled eggs, coffee, juices, waffles and syrup, sausage patties  Total Calories: traveling not recorded, only meal for day at 615am Activity: walk 30 min. Journal:  wonderful overnight to Columbus, meal came with room so I ate my fair chair but no calories rest of day. Did not weighin today since traveling.

Intake: 2 Thai crab ragoon, 1/2 of two thai dishes. Mocha coffee. Flavored water. Total Calories:  not tracked on trip Activity: walked often during 3 hr visit to Zoo. 30 minutes in pool Journal:  wonderful day with Nancy at Columbus Zoo for 3 hrs.

Intake: noodles 440, cheese 280, sauce 100, egg 250, butter 200, flavored water 10, chilli sauce 160 Total Calories: 1,740 Activity: rest day, sore knee Journal:  got so swollen i gained over 3 lbs this morning.   Up all night hurting from the 5K.

Intake: 2 protein waffels 240, 3 eggs in pam oil 250, pepperjack cheese 80, flavored water 10 Total Calories: 580 Activity: 80 minute 5K Journal:  proud of walk but legs still sore at end of day. Will rest Wednesday. I meant to eat more today.

Intake: 3 pieces of pizza 1000, 3 spirot zero 20, mexican bowl 800, mexican cookies 200 Total Calories: 2,020 Activity: 1 hr of walking, went to church small group  Journal: my walk was really hard but i took rest and made it.  So happy.  Long day.
