Intake: Good Friday Communion 40?, electrolytes 5 Total Calories: 45? Activities:  went to Good Friday Services Journal: last day of fast, kind of breaking it tonight with communion.  Will eat little Saturday before feast day Sunday.

Intake: water salt electrolytes 5 Total calories: 5 Activity: 1 hr walk at marina Journal:  after walk got lighthead, but ok.  36 more hours left of fast. No walk Friday raining. Mens group canceled and told to go to Good Friday service instead.

Intake: electolyte drink 5 Total Calories: 5 Activity: mens group Journal: starting fast for that runs to breakfast Saturday.  Still 4.5 lbs from target so hope fast gets me to good weigh-in Sunday. Easter is definetly a feast day so expect bigger gain on Monday.
