Intake: 3 cube beef  bullion 5 Total Calories: 15 Activity:  30 minute stretch, meet with Tyler Roberts been 2.5 years. Journal: fasting but had bullion in hot water.  Met Tyler for hot chocolate and donut holes at Biggby's but they only had drive thru open so got it for him and skipped to spend an hour in car chatting some. Was going to Christmas Cave with sisters but since below freezing and very windy either postponed or we go next year.

Intake:  last of Thanksgiving leftovers 1900, 1 liter diet dew 20 Total Calories: 1,920 Activity: 30 minutes stretch Journal:  stretch mostly bofy weight but use these light weights some.  Sam stsyed overnight until noon when I took him home.

Intake: water and salt 0 Total Calories: 0 Activity:  rest day but went through old photos Journal: final day of fast started with great weigh in.  I need to lose another pound this week and usually what I lose last day of fast I regain in a few days. Looks like now Wednesday will be dinner at sisters in Ky and Thurs will be friendsgiving at my place meaning lots of food coming to my place.

Intake: water and salt 0 Total calories: 0 Activity: walk 50 minutes 100 min clean Journal:  went to Vanceburg for funeral, saw a distant cousin who I only met once at funeral for another member of this family.  The deceased was a coach who was elder in my church and kids near my age. We were reintroduced and she (the distant cousin) said I saw you come in and I knew you were not a former athlete so was trying to figure out your connection to Coach.

Intake: Himalysian Salt 0 Total Calories: 0 Activity: cleaning 1.75 hrs  Journal:  sadly this is after clearing off table and cleaning 45 minutes not before.  But its improvement.  Day 1 of what I hope is 3 day pre-holiday fast.  My weight bounced up to 350 pooey this morning. Jeff wanted to go to Gios with him and Luke, I wanted to go but passed since fasting.  I go to a funeral visitation in the morning in Vanceburg.  May take a walk down there.

Intake: broth 30, cheese 440, coconut oil 120, eggs 440, sprite 180 Total Calories: 1,210 Activity: 1 hour bedroom work, 30 minute stretch Journal:  3 years ago today I told Nancy I loved her after dating more than a year, she was so excited and threw her purse and said she loved me.  I do not know what I did wrong.

Intake: cup of broth 30, thanksgiving bar lunch plate 2250 (guess) Total Calories: 2,280 Activity: 75 clean master bedroom Journal:  dressed up nice today got a couple compliements, one was with its easy for men to lose weight lifes not fair to women, kinda of a backhanded one that pissed me off some.  I pigged out at luncheon, but beside broth I ate nothing else today. Thinking about doing another 3 day fast starting Thursday.

Intake: eggs 430, potatoes 220, vanilla coffee 150, McChicken no mayo 330, coconut oil 90 Total Calories: 1,120 Activity: took a rest day due to acid reflux Journal: i had point expiring so I used them tl get McChicken no mayo and sugar free coffee, got acod refux this afternoon and ran until evening and just did not want to do stretches so taking rest day. I eat a big traditional Thanksgiving meal Tuesday so plan to use all my calories there. Maybe by is rejecting McDonald now???

Intake: broth 60, eggs 400, boiled <in broth> potatoes 500, kool aid zero 5, seasame seed 50, cheese 220 Total Calories: 1,235 Activity: 1 hour bathroom cleaning, 30 minute stretch Journal: 352 this morning, as i refuel and hydrate I know my weight will be up Monday a little.  Jeff seems better, did not spend as much time with him as expected.

Intake:  salt and water 0 Total Calories: 0 Activity: 30 minute stretch, 1 hour bathroom cleaning Journal: did 3 phone calls with friends today, over 2 hrs total, not normal for me.  My friend Scott said he was 284 lbs, he was 335 but has been on Trulicity to treat sugar and helped weight loss.  Spoke with Brandon and was in hospital for foot surgery, was going to invite him to play cards with me Scott and Sam, but will be rehabing in Nursing Home a month.  Sam and me talked lots about food, I have plans on how to break fast.  Beef broth first, then boiled eggs (in frig) and last boiled potatoes in beef broth with only salt and garlic or onion powder. I will still be above target weight (349.3), but may be under last weeks goal in morning (351.9).

Activity: helped Jeff Journal:  .2 lbs over goal, considering everything I am ok with that.  Then I blew day, blew IF.  The stress of breakup and Jeff made me fall off the wagon in an unplanned way.
