Intake: eggs 430, potatoes 220, vanilla coffee 150, McChicken no mayo 330, coconut oil 90
Activity: took a rest day due to acid reflux
Journal: i had point expiring so I used them tl get McChicken no mayo and sugar free coffee, got acod refux this afternoon and ran until evening and just did not want to do stretches so taking rest day. I eat a big traditional Thanksgiving meal Tuesday so plan to use all my calories there. Maybe by is rejecting McDonald now???
