Intake: Filipino Tuna steak extralarge with gravy 1200, lemonade 100, grape flavored water 5, sugar free chocolate pudding cup 70, Chia Tea 10, grilled onion 120

Activity: date day with Nancy cooking and games, I was not having luck today with cards
Journal: tuna is healthy by most standards but the butter/lemon/soy sauce that Nancy correctly calls gravy since flour and broth added was pretty rich. My piece was 3 times Nancys but she ate two side salad dishes, I was not able so saving mine for Sunday lunch. Will also make use of left over tuna.
