Starting 3 day fast for end of week hoping to lose enough weight to be at target weight 270.9, 276 today, so big ask even if fasting.

Intake:  feast day bacon 300, chinese buffet one plate no rice chicken egg roll and egg drop soup 2000 (est), diet pepsi 5, candy at Sams and donut 695 est. Total Calories: 3000 *est Activity: 70 min walk Journal:  278.3  fasting for long hoped for more, total weight loss for week 3 lbs.  Need to lose 7.4 lbs this week to bebon target by Easter. May do Wednesday Thursday Friday Fast.

Intake: protien latte 250, 2 scope moose track sugar cone 650 Total Calories: 900 Activity:  walk at conley park 30 minutes Journal: went to colinial talk and met my youngest step niece, was up 2 lbs from low this week.  First time in forever I had ice cream.

Intake:  large pink lady apple 130, 2 roast beef with 4 arby sauce.1,080, 40 oz dr pepper 500 Total Calories: 1,710 Activity: 3 hrs with sam Journal:  all day court so broke the fast at 1230 when offered lunch again, later offered apple and soda, none i paid for.  Was give other food items and took home for next week.

Intake: 2 arbys roast beef 720, arby sauce 60 Total Calories: 780 Activity:  mens small group Journal:  crazy work day and friend got me 2 sandwiches for lunch so I ate to keep  going.  I was weak, it was free.

Intake: water and salt 5 Total Calories: 5 Activity: 45 minutes on bike Journal: 286 this morning, surreal for me Fast ends Thursday lunch at Fork and Finger, will try to be reasonable but scale will be up Friday.  Saturday I talked my sisters out of lunch since we are going to visit nephews new baby and new house, at least the bottom floor, working on it.  I did not have dark chocolate reeses but been dreaming about them.  Maybe for Easter after Lent.
