Intake: broth 50, seltzer water 20, tea 10, onion 65 , potatoes 350, cabbage 25 , cilantro, white vinegar and seasing 20, blackberries 75 Total Calories: 615 Activity:  last day of fast until 7pm Journal:  friend came over tonight and stsy so long no time to get in exercise before breaking fast.  No problem with breaking fast.

Intake: bone broth 25, salt and tea 20, seltzer water 5 Total Calories: 50 Activity: stretch and move 30 minutes Journal: had Sam and Jerrid move some of my loveseat and chest from basement to livingnroom.  Gave Jerrid old suit for his grandpas funeral, Sams dad passed last night. Will be after new yeara so I plan to eat with family after holiday.

Intake: Half a broth 25, tea and salt 20 Total Calories: 45 Activity: 30 minutes on incline bike in basement Journal:  going to another funeral in Vanceburg for 3 month in a row, my friend Sam is at Nursing home they expect his dad to pass today, so appropriate weather is overcast.  Good news is I am down 200 lbs from 2022.

Intake: salt and tea 20 Total Calories: 20 Activity: 30 minutes movement stretch Journal:  Got some bone broth I plan tp drink next few days and got Halle wet, dry and treats food.

Intake: himalayian salt and english tea 20 Total Calories: 20 Activity:  1 hr walk, 30 miniute stretch and move Journal:  silent night and day this Christmas, only voice I heard was Sam who I called and his son Jerrid in background.  Texted Merry Christmas to a few folks and got texted back, did not see anyone face to face except my cat Halle.  Started a fast to last until 2026, english tea and salt today -- may add bone broth in a few days or electolyte powder.

Intake: english tea 10 Total Calories: 10 Activity:  30 minute stretch move Journal:  accidential fast day, going to eat out with Sam for Christmas Eve Dinner before church so hopefully this will offset that.  I am tired of my bipap, holefully wont need in future.

Intake: noodles 400, gravey sausage 490, tomato sauce 140, cabonated blackberry water 10 Total Calories: 1,040 Activity:  basement moved stuff around, tested bike, 30 minute stretch movement Journal: the bike is heavy, made need to keep in basement, work mechanically put computer broke so no measurements.

Intake: pizza 900, English Tea 20, sub ham and cheese with fries 900 Total Calories: 1,820 Activity: day of rest Journal:  below 150 KG!!!  At goal weight for end of 10 weeks 2 weeks early, so settting mini goal to lose 5.1 more bonus lbs.  If I do will set new challenge at 325 with end goal of under 300 by March.

Intake: fish sandwich and onion rings 2000, noddles 200, sauce 70, weiners 170 Total Calories: 2,440 Activity: 30 minutes stretch and move Journal:  went over calories but I went out for family Christmas meal with sisters.  Maybe should have passed on noodles, but its ok.  Did not use tartar.

Intake: smokey taters 500, pizza 870, pepsi 200 Total Calories: 1,570 Activity: take Sam around to get to where and what he needs Journal:  went to see Doc Nathan Rider, good BP and lowest he ever saw me in weight, very pleased with me, says do not quite.  Go back 5 days before birthday in June after bloodwork, hoping reduces meds then.

Intake: bullion 20 Total Calories: 20 Activity: 30 minute stretch Journal: Day 1 of fasting  started up 8 lbs from last week, canned food and travel food.  Expect big loss by Sunday, at least down into 330s. Had bodyarmor yesterday, may get some for fast only 20 calories

Intake: hot dark chocolate 300, chicken and noddles in beef bullion 550, lemon water 10, noddles and vinegar 1,150 Total Calories:2,010 Activity: 30 minute stretching Journal:  was right about salty food yesterday, today also from a can.  Was up 1.6 lbs today, will see Tuesday.  Taking Jeff to Columbus likely having Mexican or Chinese for lunch. May be snow on trip up.  Then start 5 day fast with Jacob.
