I got busy driving my lawn guy home and missed getting back in 6 hr window in time for 2nd meal so only had time for 2nd shake. I plan to eat at least 2,000 calories a day normally.
You often hear a reasonable rate of weight loss is 2 lbs a week, that is fair to say for most people but a better rule if your super obese is 1% body weight loss, the above charts represent that rate. It is 6 weeks until my birthday so my first goal is to be under 440 by then. The chart will keep me on course but if my progress is not totally in sync with it I am not going to beat myself up as long as a decent progress is happening.
