Total Calories: 450
Activity: morning walk 1 hour
Journal:  was thinking of fasting but Nancy wanted to split an apple with PB and I caved.  I dont tell her when I fast all day because she doesnt like it.  She showed me an old picture from whe we volunteered at the local soup kitchen.  Was over 500 lbs here. Needed this since likely first week I will not lose weight in 22 weeks.
