Journal: scales were 363.9, 4 lbs over 8 week goal.  Next 10 weeks want to loss 22.5 lbs plus 3.9 I fell short of lossing last 8 weeks.  That means lossing 0.75% of my total body weight weekly. This will be lower than 1% I have been doing, but with it being holiday season I think is reasonable but still aggressive.
