Activity: going to my friend and have his son do some yard work for me.

Journal:  holy smokes!! Down another 8 lbs, total loss of 23! Be great if I lost 5+ lbs a week the rest of the summer, but just under 4.5 remains the 1% target.  I actually gained .4 lbs Friday, so helped me remember even if scale goes up it does not mean the fight is over.
