Intake: Progessive Lassanga Soup 340, carmel protein coffee 160, 10 Ritz crackers 180, 2 oz guyree cheese 220, large potato 372, salted butter 255, 3 Honey Lemon Halls cough drops 30

Activity: intended to do 1 hour general house cleaning and organizing, but friend needed a favor and I had to help him a couple of hours. Will try Wednesday.

Journal: you may question my food choices, but I am eating food in my house since before last weeks trip.  I still have a bag of dumpling so 3 more meals, 8 oz guyree cheese bar, several ritz crackers plus nonperishible like pasta & soups.  Friday is my shopping day so I plan on going more keto with nuts and more veggies.  I have been challenged with the 6 hour feast schedule and working around my work and other obligation times, but I am managing.  I have been struggling with sleep, its not easy for me to sleep without eating closer to bedtime.
