Activity: 1 hour going through old stuff but did a lot of it sitting, so mild
Journal: on August 28, 2023, I weighed myself at 403.6 and it never got into 300s after and crawled upwards, basically gained an average of 3 lbs a month since. I do not know why I never had it in me to be in 300s. My target is to be 440 by my birthday on June 22. Then under 400 by my nephews wedding in the fall. Losing 1% of my body weight a week should get me there at that rate. I have my next doctors visit in November, hope to be firmly under 400.
