Intake: 1 ear of corn no butter 125, seasoned chicken thighs 600, blackberry pear salad with basalmic vinegar 400, sugar free grape flavored water 5, 3 large chocolate covered strawberries 420, unsweet hot gray & pear tea 5
Total Calories: 1,555 === guessing, likely higher, photos below of most my food today
Activity: Today was date day with my finacee, we cooked a meal together, ran an errand and chilled in front of TV.
Jounal: we like to cook together which helps when trying to eat but the reverse is we can be bad influences. Her healthy eating plan is based more on menu planning and not time restrictive like me, each does what works for us. I brought everything for lunch but the chocolate covered strawberries, she made them before I arrive. Instead of dessert I suggested we eat later in day and she obliged. The basalmic vinegar I got when we were travling last week, it was amazing and the only thing we added to salad.
