Activity: i was tired, think I still need to up calories or add a small more complex carbs
Journal: two months ago I was 449, then my NP put me on steriods and muscles relaxers for a torn lesion in shoulder so I was super hungery and ate, that ended but then trip with hours in the car and eating out all meals followed, so my 465 was a bit inflated even of that was what scale read. I expected a big lose and I got it. Down nearly 15 lbs is amazing though even in the context above, but without inflamation and water weight bringing up scales I am shooting for the 4 to 5 lbs the next few weeks that are about 1% of body weight. My failure was never really got physical activity to get stronger this week. Still with everthing I am proud for sticking so strickly to my 18 hours of fast a day, I am kicking my insulin resistence butt.
