Intake: cabbage 65, chipped beef 350, 1 tbsp butter 100, 1 large red onion 65, 4 large eggs 360, sharp cheddar 220, flavored water 20

Activity: humid or wet all day, headed to visit friend for a visit later

Journal:  only down 1.7 lbs this week, 432.4 bummer, last two week I am averaging close to 1/2% weight loss instead of the 1% I hoped for, I need to be more active.  Its only Sunday and I am out of fruit and green onion is the only veggie beside a little tomato sauce.
