Intake: 1 hazelnut ice coffee, 3 choclate lemon candies, 1 diet ale 8, 5 rice crackers with pomento cheese dip, bluegrass benedict, hot brown poutine, cheese grits
Total Calories: unknown, its my cheat weekend

Activity: day trip to Lexington with lots of extra walking, 
Journal:  its my birthday week so letting it all slide, did not weighin, did not intermediatenfast, ate for 12 instead of 6 hours, did not track calories, but got in lots of steps for me
