Intake: 2 burritos leftover cheese grits, salad and fried rice from Saturday, with 4 slices ham, 1 7up zero, red velvet cake, cranberry dip, crackers

Journal: Work had cake and dip to celebrate three of our birthdays, so went another day cheating. Did not get battery until today for scale, so will weigh-in on Tuesday morning. We have 90+ weather rest of month, so challenging for me to be active. Will track calories again, feel like I am retaining 10 lbs in this heat.
