Activity: tried to help Jeff fix his TV
Journal: been journaling 10 weeks now, good time to evaluate my progress. I am down a total 45 lbs. Which would be just over 1% a week avg loss. But if you exclude the first 2 weeks of post vacation bloat and steroid gains being lost, I am down 3.1 lbs a week or an avg loss of .69%. Clothes fit better, but not needing to buy a new wardrobe. My legs feel better and no serious crapping in 70 days. My attitude is worse with people I work with, less patient. Nobody has asked me if I am losing weight except an older lady from church who I dont speak to much and when I do she says nice things like "are you losing weight" even when I gained. My big failure has been activity. I need to add consistent walking. I know the next couple of month having many dangerously hot days too. Overall I am very happy with my start. People taking GLP-1s have this progress and I am doing it with IF. Giving myself a grade for last 10 weeks, not perfect but good job for a B+.
