Activity: watered plants PM, movie and lunch out with Nancy, visit Jeff
Journal:  Halle does not normally like most other cats but we got new neighbors this year, young couple with baby, dog and black cat who is Halle's new friend.  Makes me happy. The black cat does not run from me now and came close to approaching me tonight.  The husband is a musican with a local band, well sadly I found out today he died a few weeks ago.  No clue how yet, but was only 30 and his wife who he married last year is 23.  So tragic. Life is a new gift from God each day. I need to respect it and this vessel for life even more.  That being said I need to also work on my relationship with Nancy, so I went to movie I would have passed (Ron Howard's Eden) which ironically I loved and she was less impressed with and also had lunch at local Mexican Restaurant she loves.  I ate too many calories, just guessed above.  Expect scale to go up in morning. Oh yeah, after that 3 day fast I weighed in today at 391.3 lbs.

Intake: Filipino Tuna steak extralarge with gravy 1200, lemonade 100, grape flavored water 5, sugar free chocolate pudding cup 70, Chia Tea 10, grilled onion 120 Total Calories: 1,500 Activity: date day with Nancy cooking and games, I was not having luck today with cards Journal:  tuna is healthy by most standards but the butter/lemon/soy sauce that Nancy correctly calls gravy since flour and broth added was pretty rich.  My piece was 3 times Nancys but she ate two side salad dishes, I was not able so saving mine for Sunday lunch.  Will also make use of left over tuna.

Intake: 2 large burger patties 900, guyree cheese × 2 440, chives 5, udon noodle 200, flavored water 10, fresh basil 10, 4 cough dropa Total Calories: 1,60 0 Activity: cleaning 2 hours Journal: that plate of food was so heavy, used frozen burger infused with bacon and cheese, more fat calories then protein.  I felt ucky after eating it. Next time 1 burger [have 6 left plus 12 smaller ones].
