Calories: watermellon-Kiwi Froyo with honey and walnuts 445, Nancys Peach Salad 500, lemonade 10 , corn and butter 330, peach crumble with whip cream 550
Total Calories: 1,935
Activity: water plants pm, dinner with Nancy, visit Jeff
Journal:  somehow got down to 402.1, not lowest weight but lowest Sunday official weigh-in for week.  Really had some stress at work that messed with me this week.  Day 99 and someone finally commented on my weight at church, thank you Donna.  Nancy said I was this weight 2 years ago so people have seen me this size relatively recent so am in my rangento them.  Donna does not flatter people, so I know she meant it.  The next 50lbs will really be noticeable. Nancy is still in dumps and used lots of sugar in todays dessert, thankfully had salad as main course.

Day 14

Intake: Filipino Tuna steak extralarge with gravy 1200, lemonade 100, grape flavored water 5, sugar free chocolate pudding cup 70, Chia Tea 10, grilled onion 120 Total Calories: 1,500 Activity: date day with Nancy cooking and games, I was not having luck today with cards Journal:  tuna is healthy by most standards but the butter/lemon/soy sauce that Nancy correctly calls gravy since flour and broth added was pretty rich.  My piece was 3 times Nancys but she ate two side salad dishes, I was not able so saving mine for Sunday lunch.  Will also make use of left over tuna.

Intake: 2 large burger patties 900, guyree cheese × 2 440, chives 5, udon noodle 200, flavored water 10, fresh basil 10, 4 cough dropa Total Calories: 1,60 0 Activity: cleaning 2 hours Journal: that plate of food was so heavy, used frozen burger infused with bacon and cheese, more fat calories then protein.  I felt ucky after eating it. Next time 1 burger [have 6 left plus 12 smaller ones].
